Wireless Power Transfer Using Harvested Radio Frequency Energy with Magnetic Resonance Coupling to Charge Mobile Device Batteries

This research paper presents the design of a wireless power transfer (WPT) circuit integrated with magnetic resonance coupling (MRC) and harvested radio frequency (RF) energy to wirelessly charge battery mobile device. A capacitor (100 µF, 16 V) in RF harvesting stored converted power, accumulated voltage was 9.46 V. The foundation proposed WPT prototype included two coils (28 AWG)—a transmitter coil, receiver coil. coil energized by alternating current (AC), which produced field, turn induced (9.46 into AC, generated field. electronics then AC direct (DC), became usable experimental setup based on mathematical modeling simulation displayed successful charging capabilities MRC, alternate source being energy. Mathematical formulae were applied calculate amount from circuit. LTSpice software demonstrate behavior different components layout for effective transfer.
